Pecan oil is a delicious, heart healthy cooking oil that is perfect for every day use. Our pecan oil has a very high smoke point of 470 degrees, making it the perfect choice for braising and sautéing without fear of burning.

Pecan oil has an extremely mild flavor. Use it as a butter substitute or as an oil base for fresh vinaigrette's and receive all the amazing antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that naturally occur in pecans.

P.S.- Pecan oil is lower in saturated fat than olive oil! Pecan oil is 9.5%, while olive oil is 13.5%.
